Dating from the mid-late 2000s, the MARS is a 1U rack monosynth and the Planet7 is a 2U rack that allows you to connect two or three of them and produce a patchable synth. Think Moog Mother32 and you're in the right sort of area...

This actually seems to work pretty well, but we've not tested it all. One of the MARS units has a power fault. The line amp rack powers on but is otherwise untested."
